New INK fully integrated in Bizzscore

 The INK-model was updated at the end of 2008. The main reason was that people, culture and change issues had to be given a more prominent place. EFM Software has incorporated these changes in Bizzscore so applying the model can now take place automatically.
Key changes
One of the main changes is that the model no longer works with stages of maturity. Instead an opinion is formed per organization level and per criterium, expressed in a score of 0 to 100 percent per question. This replaces the "Yes", "partly" and "No" options in the old model. Also, the number of questions for the criteria is reduced.
 For the result areas the scores on indicators are also translated into percentages. Then the weight factors are determined for the criteria (both for the enablers and results). Then an average score is calculated in order to achieve a final overall score.
The adjusted model is included in Bizzquality, while the new calculation method is integrated in Bizzdata.
Furthermore, the additions to the PDCA-cycle from the new model are included in the Bizzscore dashboard. This is a more people-oriented cycle; Inspire, Mobilize, Score, and Reflection. Bizzscore supports this cycle in analyzing the dashboard.
Seminar
During the seminar "Performance Management & INK" on February 12 in Rotterdam, the integration of the new INK-model within the Bizzscore Suite was presented to more than sixty interested organizations.
