Project Dashboards: Your projects in focus with Bizzscore!

 First of all managing projects implies people management. To optimally monitor the project status you would like to use a traffic light system. This consists of hard data, time and costs, as well as soft data. In cooperation with several customers, but also for the management of its own projects, EFM Software has developed a project status dashboard. This dashboard provides a clear view of the current status of your projects. With so called ‘project templates’ you can create a status dashboard for a new project by simply linking a new project name to a template.
Within Bizzscore you can now follow these projects: - projectplan: are we on track what actions have been planned and accomplished.
- dashboard: progress is monitored using gauges. Gauges can be provided with comments and new activities.
- report: shows project title, people responsible, scores and all textual background information on a single page. 
Scores
In the dashboards, project scores are filled with ‘hard’ KPI-gauges related to the project. In addition more subjective data can be used to monitor project progress. To gather ‘soft’ data in an efficient way and automatically write and process the data in the dashboards Bizzscore uses web forms. By using a database with names and data of possible respondents, e-mails are send automatically with a link to the fill in a form. Reminders are send automatically to participants who do not respond within a specific period of time.
You can analyze the response at any desired moment. Bizzscore visualizes the response as: average scores, in graphs, tables and as a trend in comparison with earlier periods. The results can be linked to the desired scores (targets) and consolidated at several levels.
Activities
The project dashboards are ‘actionable’. Activities are linked to projects. The status of these activities can be followed using the dashboards and reports. At the same time integration of these activities with the agenda in MS Outlook and e-mail is a standard functionality in Bizzscore. Newly created actions will be automatically sent to all people involved with the option to accept the planned action as an agenda item.
In short, with the project status dashboards in Bizzscore, communication and documentation is optimized, monitoring is structured and the project process is rationalized.
