Quality management

EFQM, ISO and CAF are extensively used Total Quality Management (TQM) tools in Europe in general, not counting specific national tools like VIC (Italy), INK (the Netherlands) and the Swedish Quality model.

Quality models focus on improving the way organizations are functioning. Starting point are audits that describe – from different perspectives - the organization and her results. In this way it is possible to define to which extent clients, suppliers, employees and financers value the company. For each of these target groups standards are set to measure their appreciation against. The choice of those standards is (obviously) very important:  these will determine how management will react when results differ from targets.

Using the the Bizzscore Suite is a guarantee for an efficient implementation of these quality models. The different questionnaires these models use in the audit phase, are - ready for use - available in the software Bizzquality. Next, Bizzdefiner will guide you through the process from mission to measure. These measures are linked to data sources by Bizzdata. This way, it is possible to integrate the results on “hard” indicators (like revenues and costs) with scores on softer measurements like employee and customer satisfaction in Bizzquality.  Finally, based on reports and analyses in Bizzscore, comments and action points are entered using the Plan-Do-Check-Act functionality of the software.
